This project consisted of us choosing an Artist we liked and then creating a simple space for one of their works. The main focus was to experiment to achieve the best light for the chosen artwork.

Oasis II

For this project the brief was to create a space for one person, this space had to allow this one person to work, study and contemplate. The site restrictions of 4m x 4m meant we really had to consider the physical presence and specific dimensions of the human body when trying to incorporate what demands of the brief.

Caravanserai

A contemporary art gallery and cafe placed on the east coast of England in Whitstable. Influenced by the form of a shell I developed my scheme around the unique site and surrounding buildings.
